I will reject "Tobacco" & Alcohol : Abide by a life free from smoking /Liquor and the use of all tobacco/Liquor products, recognizing the harmful effects they have on my health.

Will Inspire to Others: I will Actively encourage to my family, friends, and community to avoid tobacco/liqueur , to promote a culture of health and well-being.

will Champion for a Tobacco/Liqueur -Free Nation: Contribute to a tobacco/Liqueur-free Bharat by motivating my peers and youth to embrace and sustain a tobacco/Liqueur-free lifestyle.

Will Advocate Health: Spread awareness about the dangers of tobacco/Liqueur use and advocate for healthier choices.
